This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Battle Axe Sportswear, operated by Nurela Group Ltd.
Our goal is to ensure customers receive high-quality products and a fair service while complying with UK consumer protection laws.

3. Your Legal Rights
Under UK consumer law, customers have certain rights when purchasing goods online.
These include:

  • the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods

  • the right to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality

However, there are exceptions for personalised or customised products, explained below.
4. Customised or Personalised Items
Many of our products are made to order and customised with:

  • printed names or numbers

  • embroidered logos

  • team branding

  • personalised designs

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are made to the customer’s specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.
Therefore:
Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Please ensure all spelling, sizes, colours and design details are correct before confirming your order.
5. Standard (Non-Customised) Items
For products that are not customised or personalised, customers may return items within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unused

  • items must be in original condition

  • items must be returned with original packaging where possible

Customers must notify us of their intention to return within the 14-day period.
Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:

  • faulty

  • damaged during delivery

  • incorrect compared to your order

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
We may request photographs to help assess the issue.
Where a fault or error is confirmed we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • replacement product

  • repair

  • refund

In these cases we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
7. Refund Process
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a non-customised item for a different size or product, please contact us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
9. Return Address
Returns should only be sent after contacting us and receiving return instructions.

10. Proof of Purchase
To process a return or refund we may require:

  • order number

  • proof of purchase

  • photos of the product where applicable
